Privacy Policy
Please Read Carefully

Our privacy policy is simple: all communications between an attorney and client are strictly privileged and confidential. We adhere very carefully to all ethical guidelines, rules, regulations, and laws, as well as our own personal high standards of ethics. As attorneys, LaFONT, FORMBY & HAMILTON, L.L.P., as well as our staff, will never disclose or discuss your personal information or any other information about you or your case without your consent and knowledge. There are times when an attorney has to discuss a case with another attorney, a judge, in open court, or with other professionals as part of his representation, but that does not mean your confidential communications will ever be discussed or exposed to anybody else.

You should also be aware that simply contacting this office by email, phone, fax, letter, or even meeting in person does not automatically form an attorney-client relationship and therefore such communications may not be privileged. However, it is the policy of LaFONT, FORMBY & HAMILTON, L.L.P., and all our staff members, to hold all such communications in strict confidence and to treat them as if they are privileged and private right from the beginning.

Any communication through this website is not guaranteed to be secure and you should be careful what you disclose in your initial contact, whether through the site links or via email.
